EACH CLASS OFFERED IS A DIFFERENT DESIGN FROM WEEK-TO-WEEK.  ALLOWING FOR MUSCLE CONFUSION AND THE BODY TO KEEP POSITIVELY REACTING TO OUR WORKOUTS RATHER THAN GET INTO ROUTINE AND STOP RESPONDING TO ALL YOUR HARD WORK.  We design our classes and schedules to be full of variety so you also find them interesting.  You will also be surprised how often you find you "feel" the results no matter how athletic or active you may be.  Additionally, we modify and always account for that each class should be a class that anyone of any fitness level will be able to find the workout they are seeking. We DO NOT follow fads or trends because everything we stand for is always about what is best for you...what you need to be a better  & healthier YOU!\

Some of the Classes that taught in our Group Fitness classes: 

  • ABSolutely Sculpt/Awesome Abs: Yes! It is all about the abs in this class. Nice 30 minute class that any level of fitness ability can perform. 
  • ABC Countdown: It's all about conditioning and endurance building. 
  • (Total) Body Strength & Conditioning: each class is individually designed to work every muscle in the body but without letting it get into a routine of what to expect with this workout class. Each workout is a timed workout. Some classes the participants will have individual exercises and others they’ll work in sets with another participant. Moderate difficult that beginners can do and advanced can take to their level. Low Impact, Toning, Active Intervals
  • Boot Camps:  Each of these classes are workout regimens for those people looking for a "boot camp workout".  Workouts change from class to class as well as if the class is being held outside, inside the studio or a combination of both.
  • Burn-It-Out: 30 minute class jumps right into your workout, burns up energy while restocking more energy to fuel your day. Moderate difficult that beginners can do and advanced can take to their level
  • Butts & Guts: Just what it says…you’ll be targeting those “rear” muscles and central core, abs and obliques. This 30 minute class gets you in and out. In no time, you are leaving with having completed a great workout. Low- Moderate difficult that beginners can do and advanced can take to their level
  • Core Boot Camp Express/CoreXpress: A class offering you all the essentials to work that core but not having to commit 50-60 minutes to do it! Completely doable yet challenging center core workout. Not just focused on Abdominals, it’s also strengthening the opposing muscle groups (back and oblique’s) AS WELL AS thighs, gluts, and upper body being engaged to assist. Moderate difficult that beginners can do and advanced can take to their level. Low Impact, Toning, Active Intervals
  • Core & Strength: We start out with first working the core then move into a predetermined number of strength increasing exercises. Any level of fitness ability.
  • Gentle Strength Training: 
  • Group Metabolic Training: WHAT is that? The short definition of metabolic training is completing structural and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. Metabolic training is high intensity anaerobic exercise that makes you breathless. Extreme Metabolic Training is true CrossFit. That’s not where we are going with this!!!! P.S. Some of the kettlebell exercises fall under the category of metabolic training. Beginners and Intermediate. FYI, your metabolism (aka metabolic rate) is how many calories your body burns at rest, Metabolic30-training in 30 minutes
  • TRX Suspension Training: Delivers a fast, effective total-body workout; helps build a rock-solid core; Increases muscular endurance; benefits people of all fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors); utilizing your own bodyweight, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides greater performance and functionality than large exercise machines costing thousands of dollars. Used in several of our classes and training.
  • Upper Body: works on toning and strengthing the upper body. Lower Body: is also offered
  • Warrior Blast: Want a good workout and are short on time? This 20 minute class will do it for you. Moderate difficulty.
  • Warrior Burn Out: A Hi/Low Class. Ab shredder, butt burner, muscle toning, heart pumping class that misses nothing head-to-toe in a great workout. Sandbags, Dumbbells, & Body Weight. Modifications shown for most all levels of fitness ability.
  • Kettlebell Fitness: {Tabata KB, KB I-Basic, II, III, Ladders, Flow, and Kick Butt Kettlebell – KBK} Functional fitness! Kettlebells are all bells, no whistles. Resembling a mini bowling ball with a handle. Kettlebell Training Class will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear!  Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure.  With a focus on integrating breathing, movement and alignment with your ability to control balance and weight. 
  • Kettlebell I & II: beginners welcome. The technique and form will be review and revisited as the particpants learn more movements readying them to move on to higher levels of kettlebell.
  • KettleCore Warrior: Combines Kettlebell, Core Boot Camp, and Warrior Blast all in one fantastic hour of bottom to top workout. Workout and burn up calories during and well beyond this 1 hour class. Functional, Metabolic, and aerobic workout all in one class.
  • Kick Butt Kettlebell: & Tabata KB:
  • Simple Shred and Shred I: more agressive and designed to define those muscles.  Great class to add to your workout plan.


Circuit training classes:  a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics with added anaerobic workouts. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.

  • Burn-N-Tone: 6 stations with 6 exercises to be performed 1 minute each before moving onto the next station. Moderate difficult that beginners can do and advanced can take to their level
  • Sweat-It-Out: Boot Camp-type of Circuit. 5-6 stations with each station having a set of workouts to complete for 1 minute each and 1 minute rest between stations. Completing each circuit 2 times. TRX, Step360 Pro, Ropes, Kettlebell, Core Balls, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, and Body Weight.
  • Total Body Boot Camp: Tires, Ropes and Squats! 10 stations, 5x around for a COMPLETE Head-to-Toe workout. Modifications shown for most all fitness levels/abilities.
  • Total Body Training: Top down this circuit consists of several stations of exercises that works every muscle from head to toe. You’ll complete the circuit more than 1 time, but will like the variety and change up from workout to each workout. Moderate difficult that beginners can do and advanced can take to their level

MindBody: Relax & Restore

  • Restorative Yoga: (currently our only yoga class offered) a therapeutic style of yoga essential for well being. Combining gentle movements and conscious breathing techniques this unique practice of Restorative Yoga offers a special focus on supporting the body for extended moments of stillness, eliminating strain and stress and its injurious effects on the body/mind. Blankets, bolsters and blocks support, surround and cradle the body in a sequence of postures awakening your “inner healer” and initiating “deep relaxation” — a state of being that actively promotes rejuvenation, healing, and renewed health of the body, mind and spirit.Combining gentle movements and conscious breathing techniques this unique practice of Restorative Yoga offers a special focus on supporting the body for extended moments of stillness, eliminating strain and stress and its injurious effects on the body/mind. Participants bring their own Mat, 2 blankets & 1 washcloth. Bolsters and blocks support, surround and cradle the body in a sequence of postures awakening your “inner healer” and initiating “deep relaxation” — a state of being that actively promotes rejuvenation, healing, and renewed health of the body, mind and spirit.
  • Foam Rolling (Myofascial Release): This can be scheduled for a 15 – 30 minute class and sometimes is included within some of the other non-circuit classes. Excellent way to “massage” those tense and stressed out muscles.
